I always strive to be that great teacher who is able to invest in students’ minds to change the community, country, and world. Therefore, in any course I teach, I aim to (i) arm students with a set of skills that are crucial for their success in their study, career, and life (e.g., critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, and entrepreneurialism), (ii) help them discover their passions and capabilities, and (iii) inspire them to continue developing themselves to achieve their passions. To achieve the abovementioned aims, I always follow a student-centered, collaborative and participatory approach and use blended strategies of lecture-based structure learning, active learning, research-based learning, and team-based learning.
