Dr. Justin A. Chen is the Vice Chair of Ambulatory Services and Vice Chair of Health Justice in Weill Cornell Medicine's Department of Psychiatry. In these roles, Dr. Chen is responsible for overseeing and advancing behavioral health outpatient strategy and services across the Manhattan, Westchester, and Brooklyn campuses to ensure the delivery of innovative, high quality, patient-centered care that is accessible to the diverse populations served by WCM/NYP.
