Dr. Justin A. Chen is the Vice Chair of Ambulatory Services and Vice Chair of Health Justice in Weill Cornell Medicine's Department of Psychiatry. In these roles, Dr. Chen is responsible for overseeing and advancing behavioral health outpatient services across our Manhattan, Westchester, and Brooklyn campuses to ensure the delivery of innovative high quality, patient-centered care that is accessible to the diverse populations of the NYC region. He also serves as a thought leader and educator to continue WCM Psychiatry's efforts to promote a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion and advance health justice.
