Dr Maktoum Azeez qualified as a Family Physician in the United Kingdom and now an established Practitioner here in Qatar. He is one of the chief Physicians at AL Waab Health Center under the Primary Health Care Corporation – Qatar,

Apart from his Family Medicine Training, Dr Azeez also did basic medical training in the United Kingdom and completed his MRCP(UK) He has done his Masters in Cardiology and has also worked in secondary Cardiology care.
He was an Appraiser for doctors and a Family Medicine Trainer in the United Kingdom. He is currently a Faculty in Family Medicine residency programme here in Qatar. 
He is a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and Fellow of Royal College of general practitioners.
