BACKGROUND AND AIM: Improving social functioning is critically important in early-episode schizophrenia, if patients are to achieve functional recovery. This post-hoc, pooled analysis of two studies compared the effect of aripiprazole versus haloperidol on social functioning in early-episode schizophrenia.
