Total condylar III prosthesis in ligament instability. Review uri icon

Overview

abstract

  • A more constrained knee replacement implant may be necessary in certain severely deformed knees in which there is marked ligamentous laxity. The Total Condylar III has worked well in these situations. Newer constrained modular systems will provide even greater choice to the surgeon in the management of these more complex knees.
