This protocol employs leukophoresis pre and post-BCG therapy in patients with superficial bladder cancer in an attempt to identify a specific CD-8 lymphocyte response to tumor antigen that is initiated by BCG. A total of 9 patients have enrolled and completed the trial. Goal is to assess the role of Celecoxib in the prevention of superficial bladder cancer.
